Rotary Die-cutting mashines
Rotary Die-cutting mashine is a device used for cutting out shapes of corrugated cardboard (2.5mm - 7mm) in large quantities using a rotary die cutter. It is a true work titan for serious orders.
The achievable efficiency is 30,000 boxes using a double die cutter (result from Siberia - obtained in the production of collective boxes for bottles).
Our devices are equipped with an automatic, vacuum sheet feeder. In addition, die cutters are equipped with waste cutting knives, which significantly speeds up the collection of cut shapes.
The rotary die cutter, made according to the customer’s order, is mounted on the main, larger shaft. The upper, smaller shaft is covered with a counter-run that resists the knives. The counter-run is made of plastic characterized by high resistance to tearing and cutting. The mesh that reinforces them prevents them from rolling out.
Our devices are equipped with two counters:
- counter of the current batch (from the last zeroing), along with the possibility of setting a batch limit, n
- on-volatile counter of completed cycles, with an upper limit of 100 million “flights”.
