Gluing machines
Our production gluing machines are compact, semi-automatic, single-point devices for gluing flap boxes and more. The machine is small and neat in contrast to the long predecessors. The standard dimensions of our gluer for boxes with maximum unfolding dimensions of 2050×1300 are only 2300×3000!
The role of the gluer is to feed the glue-coated sheet into the operator’s hands, and to perform the crushing of the glued 3 layers to the thickness of two layers of material. The operator, in turn, must bend the walls of the box and push them back towards the machine’s rollers. At this point, the feeder of the next sheet is activated.

The lead time for a gluer is max. 50 days from placing the order.
The gluer is equipped with a conveyor belt for glued boxes, which during transport are additionally pressed to the machine table (from below) in order to reinforce the gluing. Glued boxes can go straight from the gluer to a stacker, which is also in our offer.
Stacker:
- arranges glued boxes in stacks of a given size,
- is equipped with a sheet counter; after counting a given quantity, the entire arranged stack departs (e.g., to a packing table),
- requires compressed air to power the actuator.
